WaltDisney World Resortdebuted its new fireworks and castle projection show, "Happily Ever After," atMagic Kingdom on May 12. The show includes a series of new animation sequencesthat are mapped to the Cinderella Castle façade starring characters from Disneyfilms. The show replaced "Wishes" after its more than 13-year run.

iFly Indoor Skydiving opened in its new location next to WonderWorks on I-Drive on May 3. The facility is equipped with two all-glass wind tunnels in an open single-story floor plan that allows I-Drive passersby to see tourists in action. It replaced the original location further north on I-Drive.

Walt Disney World Resort will debut a new limited-time concert event at Hollywood Studios on May 26. "The Music of Pixar LIVE! A Symphony of Characters" will showcase memorable music from Pixar Animation Studios films, with appearances by beloved Disney•Pixar characters. A live orchestra provides the soundtrack for this 40-minute concert that will be presented three times nightly at Theater of the Stars. The show also will include appearances by Woody, Jessie, Mike and Sulley, the Incredibles and more.

Ace Café, a London-based motorcycle- and muscle-car themed diner-style eatery, will open its first U.S. location in downtown Orlando May 19. The full-service restaurant will offer fresh, creative comfort food, full of modern influences and scratch cooking.

The Glass Knife, a 1920s-inspired cake shop, will open in Winter Park this fall. The restaurant aims to become Central Florida's go-to destination for its line of elevated, decadent cakes, elegant desserts and other sweet treats. The restaurant will also offer a savory menu for breakfast and lunch, plus a variety of quick, café-style options in the evenings.
