AmericanSocial Bar & Kitchen is a new gastrobarand sports pub set to open in the Rialto Plaza in Dr. Phillips. It is plannedto open in early May, as the first location in Central Florida. Three otherlocations currently operate in Tampa, Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

BlackBean Deli is entering a period oftransformation. The popular Cuban eatery's location on East Colonial Drive inthe Mills50 District is transitioning into a catering kitchen, while the WinterPark location will be moving to a new spot at 1346 North Orange Ave.  This new location is set to open in latespring.

LEGOLAND Florida Resort released details surrounding its new resort opening in spring 2020. The five-story Pirate Island Hotel will feature a pirate-themed restaurant, Lego play pits, an entertainment area for kid-friendly night activities and a lobby bar for adult buccaneers.

Universal's Dockside Inn and Suites is now accepting reservations. The coastal-themed hotel, part of the overall Endless Summer Resort, opens in May 2020. It joins the first half of the property coming this summer, Surfside Inn and Suites, in the value hotel category. Rates start at $76 per night.

Orlando Wine Festival returns to Orange County History Center Park on Feb. 16. This year it features food trucks, live music, a make your own sangria station called "Build-A-Gria", cheese-pairing stations and over 70 wines to choose from.  The event will run from 3-7 p.m. and those with VIP tickets get early access beginning at 2 p.m.
